Layal Art Gallery is an online store for collecting and selling paintings in the Middle East, East Asia and Africa. The meaning of the name Layal comes from the combination of the word Laila, which means night in Arabic, and the reason for choosing this name is because the idea of ​​this project has existed for a long time, but circumstances prevented us from launching this project for a long time. After we decided to launch this project, we thought about the name and we did not like a traditional name, so we thought of dozens of Arabic names, but we did not find the appropriate name, and from here we decided to name it Layal because we spent days and nights choosing the name and launching the project, which aims to consolidate Arab art and deliver it to the world directly through the paintings of the artists present in these Region.

The meaning of the word "Layal"

It is a plural of the word night, which is the evening period of the day, and it suggests darkness, stillness and calm. This name is mentioned in the Noble Qur’an in Surat Al-Fajr, where God Almighty says: (By dawn (1) and ten nights (2)) it means the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, which are the days in which good deeds are recommended.
